My septic tank was backing up. They had to investigate the problem and repair what the initial plumbers did wrong. This is the 2nd time they had to figure out the problem and fix it. The first problem in my shower I had 3 other plumbers come out and they were the only ones that figured out the problem. Jared and Randolph are the only plumbers I will allow in my house now!

We had an upstairs toilet tank crack and water was spilling out. It soaked through to the floor below and was streaming water. Chandler came out right away. He called from the road, before he got here, to help turn off the water to the toilet. He checked everything out and gave us peace of mind that we had at least stopped additional water damage. So grateful for Cowboy Plumbing and their quick response!
